DayWhite kits include customized application trays and professional-grade 14% hydrogen peroxide gel. The DayWhite process is simple. You’ll place a small amount of whitening gel on your teeth using your custom application trays. For best results, you should leave the application tray in place for 30 minutes each day. You should start to see improvement after the first few applications, and most patients see their desired result after 10 to 14 days of treatment. DayWhite is also a great way to touch up the results of in-office teeth whitening by taking a “whitening weekend.” If you had a professional whitening treatment in the past, and you’re starting to see some discoloration again, simply use your DayWhite kit for a few days. In most cases, two to three applications are adequate to help patients achieve their previous whitening results even a year or more after their initial whitening treatment.
